Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and provide clear photographs or other relevant information.

If you do not contact us within 24 hours, Beauty Palette PK will not be responsible for any damage, missing items, incorrect products, or other issues related to your parcel.
